Styled shoots are an amazing opportunity to showcase all types of small business'!
Although this "wedding" at The Warehouse in Gardnerville, Nevada was a styled shoot, all of our vendors went above and beyond to make everything beautiful, and our real life married couple definitely brought the heat! I will include a full list of participating vendors at the end of this post, and I highly recommend checking out every one of them.
We started our morning by rearranging and decorating the venue space, which frankly did not require much work because Meredith and Derek who own and manage The Warehouse as well as Eddy Street Vintage Market are amazing at what they do. While we set the scene our amazing Hair and Makeup artists (Nina & Amanda) got to work enhancing our model Brittany's natural beauty. We really wanted her hair and makeup to be simple and timeless and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!
Then the photographers started to arrive and began with detail shots.
When it rains.....

This shoot was originally planned to incorporate the beautiful indoor portion of The Warehouse venue as well as their beautiful courtyard and antique Cadillac, BUT Mother Nature had other plans and we ended up having a huge storm roll in the morning of the shoot.
Luckily we had been keeping an eye on the weather and decided to move the majority of the shoot indoors, we also lucked out with a great group of photographers so we still got some cool shots outside.
For this styled shoot we wanted to offer a wide variety of typical wedding day photo opportunities so we included; details, bridal portraits, a first look, ceremony, bride and groom portraits, and outdoor photos with an antique truck.
Saving the best for last
