This summer wedding was HOT, HOT, HOT!

Not only temperature wise, but also this couple all has some heat between them! August temperatures in Reno, Nevada can be real scorchers, and with this being a mid-day wedding it was WARRRMMMM but Breanna and Trust did not let that put a damper on their day (sweaty pun intended).

This was my first wedding at Lavender Ridge, and it is a STUNNING venue. There are so many little nooks and crannies for photo ops, and their bridal suite is adorable!

Breanna opted to have a first look with her mothers, and it was beyond sweet. I may have even shed a few tears.

The bridal party and groom spent the morning getting ready, and after the sweet first look it was time for the ceremony. Unfortunately the grooms family was not able to make it in person as the majority of them live in Africa where Trust is from, but thankfully they were able to virtually attend.

Breanna and Trust opted for an early afternoon wedding reception meal at the back of the Lavender Ridge property, followed by a very fun dancing reception back near the ceremony site.

I can honestly say that I have never seen so many choreographed dances at a wedding, and I LOVED IT!

During the toasts Breanna's moms and sister even surprised her with a dance of their own!

At most receptions there is usually a small group of people who hold down the dance floor, but I think that at this wedding every single person may have danced, even if it was just for a moment.

Some folks even danced so hard that they decided to cool off in the small pond on site (including the bride). :)

After a lovely day celebrating with their family and friends Breanna and Trust had a beautiful send off with bubbles and confetti.
