Lush Green Fields
This field is seriously what my dreams are made of, so when Ana reached out to me about capturing her maternity photos here on the family ranch in Genoa I was thrilled! I am constantly telling my clients that hey should choose a location with meaning, and where could be more meaningful to capture the beginning of your growing family than the ranch where you grew up?!?!
We even threw a little livestock in the mix! (see below)
Some of you may (or may not) know this, but I grew up a little over two hours South of Gardnerville, Nevada in Bishop, California.
Quite a few people that I grew up with have moved to Northern Nevada, and one person that I knew in high school actually recommended me to Ana since they are now sister-in-laws.
Since my first shoot here on the ranch with Ana I have been back two more times to photograph different members of her family.
It is truly a small world, and I am so grateful that people continually trust me to capture their big moments.
